Review of your drawings, bills of materials and specifications for completeness and manufacturability: missing dimensions and tolerances, unavailable materials, unrealistic surface requirements. We report ambiguities back before placement instead of correcting them at high cost during production.
Communication Between Customer and Manufacturer
We translate not just words but technical terms and standards: what does a given tolerance mean in everyday Chinese production, which measuring equipment is available, which alternative is equivalent? Technical queries are bundled, prepared clearly and answered in the appropriate language.
Problem Solving
When things do get stuck – dimensional deviation, material shortage, schedule slippage – we handle the technical clarification with the workshop: root cause analysis, assessment of rework or special release, agreement on alternative solutions. You receive a recommendation, not just a problem description.
