Service Content
CNC Machining
Turning, milling and drilling of single parts and small series to your drawings. We select workshops according to their machinery, achievable tolerances and measuring equipment, and check feasibility before the order is placed.
Welding
MIG/MAG, TIG and spot welding for assemblies in steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We pay attention to seam quality, spatter protection and – where required – to welder qualifications according to the relevant standards.
Sheet metal work and laser cutting
Laser cutting, punching, bending and rolling of sheet metal parts. We assess material grades, springback during forming and the fit accuracy required for subsequent assembly.
Steel Structures
Manufacturing of frames, beams, railings and larger welded assemblies, including pre-assembly. We coordinate material procurement, production and – if required – loading and shipment.
Surface treatment and galvanizing
Galvanising, powder coating, painting, anodising and blasting. We agree processes, coating thicknesses and colour shades with your specifications and have samples countersigned before series release.
