Structured evaluation of the shortlisted workshops: machinery and capacity, quality management system and certifications (e.g. ISO 9001), workforce skills, delivery reliability and financial stability. On request we perform the assessment as an on-site audit and document it transparently for you.
Quotation Comparison
Collecting and comparing quotations in a clearly structured matrix: unit prices, tooling and set-up costs, minimum order quantities, lead times, payment and delivery terms. This way you see not only the lowest price but the best overall package economically.
