Harzman takes over the coordination between German requirements and Chinese manufacturing.

In three coordinated steps – beginning during production, not only at the end:

1. Production monitoring – We accompany production continuously, track schedules and progress, and recognise deviations in dimensions, material or surface early.
2. Inspection reports – All inspection results are documented in a structured way and in German, including material certificates and photo documentation – directly usable in your QM system.
3. Final inspection at the factory – Before shipment we independently check samples, packaging, labelling and quantities. Based on our results, you decide on the release.

A realistic price is only possible once the part and the requirements are clear. The cost depends mainly on:

• Material and material grade
• Geometry and manufacturing effort (e.g. tight tolerances, welded assemblies, deep-drawn parts)
• Quantity – single part, small batch or series production
• Surface treatment (e.g. anodising, powder coating, hot-dip galvanising)

The fastest way is with your drawing or 3D file: we assess feasibility, clarify open points with the factory and obtain quotes from suitable, audited partner works. You receive a reliable calculation instead of a rough estimate.

Chinese manufacturing companies work with short response times and usually start production quickly. The actual lead time depends, however, on the complexity of the part, material availability, batch size and the required surface finish.

Samples and pre-series parts are usually achievable at short notice. Please state your target date directly in the enquiry – we will then align production planning with it from the start and monitor the schedule on site throughout production.

Yes. Protecting your documents is a high priority for us. We treat drawings, 3D data and specifications as confidential and pass them on only to those partner works that are actually needed for quotation and production. They are never passed on to third parties.

On request, we conclude a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before the first data transfer. Your designs remain your property and are used exclusively for your project.
