Harzman Techno starts earlier: we accompany production, document intermediate stages and carry out the final inspection at the factory before the parts are loaded. You receive the same information as if you were standing at the machine yourself – without travel costs or language barriers.

Production Monitoring
Continuous support during manufacturing: coordinating schedules, tracking production progress and early detection of deviations in dimension, material or surface. If problems arise, we speak to the workshop immediately and agree corrections with you.
Inspection Reports
Structured documentation of all inspection results – dimensions, tolerances, material certificates, coating thicknesses and photographic records of the relevant details. Prepared according to your templates or based on common inspection standards, so the documents can be used directly in your QM system.
On-Site Inspection
Independent final inspection at the factory before shipment: sampling according to the agreed inspection scope, checking of packaging, labelling and quantities, followed by release or rejection. You decide on the basis of our results whether the goods are shipped.
Sample inspection
First-article and sample inspection before series production: full dimensional checks against the drawing, deviations documented in the inspection report and clarified with the factory before series release.
